We will work with you returning such item\'s back to us and we will send replacement or will issue full refund usually within a few days after receiving the item back. We must be notified within 30 days of delivery of such order. Past 30 days you may claim warranty directly with the manufacturer, if applicable. Used part can be returned for replacement Only. Refund on used part will be issued when we are out of stock or at our discretion only. Please provide pictures if the order was received damaged, incomplete, mis-shiped etc.
